How often should fire doors be inspected?

Minimum inspection period differs from the use and purpose of the door. Communal doors in residential properties over 11 metres must be inspected every 3 months while others can be inspected annually.

Do you handle complete fire door installation?

Yes, whether it is a brand new installation or a remedial. We will conduct our own survey, address the defects and give a certification.

What is included in remedial works?

After the survey, you will receive a door by door document detailing what defects are present. Our remedial team will then use this document to address all defects with photographic evidence.
